In order to provide our clients as thorough as possible home inspections, we limit our inspections to 2 inspections per day as we take time to review each picture and image taken once we return to the office.

On average a report for a 1900 sq foot detached home would contain approximately 100 pages including pictures, illustrations and Thermal Images. This can range slightly depending on the number of issues found in the home.
Inspection reports are sent out within 24 hours of the inspection completion, however the majority of reports are sent to the client the same evening of the inspection.
